"4-star pillow. The pillow itself has very cool temperature feel to it, much much cooler than the CarbonCool pillow. However, I had to remove my bedsheet-matching pillow case to enjoy that coolness. I then thought maybe I needed Malouf's Prime™ Pillow Protector -- and did order them. However, having them over the pillow eliminated feeling the pillow's coolness. I'll be contacting support about this. . . . ."
"Pros: Excellent quality, firm side is very supportive, comfiest pillow Ive ever tried! Cons: Advertised 4 part cooling effect is completely missing in the pillow I received. It was not cool to the touch when I first opened it which surprised me, and made me suspicious. I’ve had it for over a week now and there is still no cooling effect as they advertised. At best the cover gets slightly cool to the touch temporarily if the ambient room temperature is cool. A far stretch from the ‘Instant Cooling’ effect that is promised. I sent an email to customer support about the cooling issue over 1 week ago and still have not heard back from anyone. I’d like to at least exchange this pillow for another of the same type just to see if the cooling effect is better, perhaps I got a factory dud? Despite this disappointment, I’d still buy this pillow again as it is so comfy it’s ridiculous. Had to remove a star because of the non-existent cooling effect."
"I got the High loft. And helped with my acid reflux. Keeps you cool all night. And im a side sleeper and I woke up with no pain in my shoulders. The price is kinda high but I promise its worth it!! Sleeping on a supported cloud!!"
